provides the tax free benefits for state and local taxes of a Keystone
Opportunity Expansion Zones (KOEZ) and the incentives of a proposed Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ).

following taxes are eliminated at the state and local levels for corporations,
partnerships, and individuals until December 31, 2013:

KIZ Incentives
|
| Developments within the KOEZ/KIZ
receive priority consideration for state assistance under state community and
economical development programs as well as community building initiatives.
Projects that are approved for Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA)
or Small Business Financing receive the lowest interest rate extended to the
borrower. |
